By signing up with WebTracker, you have agreed to these rules:
- At any time I will not possess or use more than a single WebTracker User ID for a single site.
- If I use WebTracker, I submit to the limitation that my site does not contain adult content, adult links, or paid advertisements for sites of adult content.
- If I use WebTracker, I submit to the limitation that my page does not generate more than 500 views per day (pages utilizing WebTracker only).

My private password will not be revealed to the general public. This includes but is not limited to linking to my private statistic page from public html pages.
- I understand that it is my sole responsibility that my user ID or passwords are not forgotten, lost, or stolen. FXWeb, under any circumstances, will NOT reveal information regarding the passwords for a particular user ID.
I understand that, if my use of WebTracker User ID's violates any of the rules listed above, my User ID's may be terminated without notice.
AS A FREE SERVICE, THE WEBTRACKER SERVICE AND FXWEB WEB TECHNOLOGIES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SUCCESSFUL DISPLAY OF PAGES AT YOUR SITE.
- FXWeb will not be held liable for incorrect statistic accumulation. All statistics are displayed on a best effort basis.
- While we always do our best to maintain 24/7 uptime, we will not be held responsible for problems arising from down or slow response times from our server.
